Absolutely disgusting! Meat was room temperature and a funny color! Absolutely zero customer service! Horrible will NEVER stop here again!

We ordered online. . .that was a massive mistake! The portions were horrible! They said that they didn't even get the special requests that my wife specifically added. Out of 4 sandwiches, they messed up most of them, but my wife's order badly. When I showed up and saw what they were doing, I tried to get them to fix it, but part of the damage had already been done. . .they had added something under the tomatoes which my wife cannot stand on sandwiches. I didn't find out hers was messed up until she opened it to eat it. My sandwich and the other two were edible, but she called to get them to fix hers. They said they would. I had to drive all the way back to get the sandwich. They still didn't get it right, but it was edible and she was done trying to get it completely correct. They didn't add the requested cup of honey mustard. They didn't have barbecue sauce, which was an option that was available online. Sadly, I'm pretty sure that at least half the staff cannot read English, so they were unaware of what actually needed to be put on the sandwiches. We will not be returning to this location and will probably not be eating subway for a while.

Always dependable service and cleanliness. It's best that it's in Huntersville NC. I've always liked this location.

Tried this location again, same lady who didn't know the difference between a tomato and a jalapeno is still there but now she has a worse habit! She puts her entire forearm on the bread while she cuts it. Her entire bare arm on my bread. Doesn't even blink an eye. I complained to the manager and he seemed like he didn't care, went in again, saw her still there and I just left. This place is trash and a health hazard.
