Gotta love La Unica. From the food to the service this is always my go to place in the ITL for delicious Mexican. I'm thinking of their chips and salsa as I type this...oh and their cheese dip *insert homer Simpson drool*. Can't wait to go back!

I just LOVE this place! Always awesome! Service is generally great, and they now serve beer and margaritas! Couldn't get better!

Ordered a few meals to go from here tonight. Over the phone asked for a double order of chips and salsa with the meal. Explained I would pay for them if need be. Was told not a problem will be on the order. Get to the restaurant after being told 20-30 minutes. Waited an hour for the food and after already having paid was told there was no way we could have chips & salsa. Was advised they don’t do it on to go orders. Proceeded to ask if we paid for them if we could buy some. The women said we could not. Just really annoyed because 99% of mexican restaurants send you free chips to go. And they wouldn’t even let us buy them. Will not be going back due to rudeness, incorrect info and waiting double the time quoted.

The food was great, but very different from all the other times I've eaten here. Extremely fast service - it only took about 15 minutes to get our plates after we ordered! Lots to choose from, and lots on the plates! Many combo choices as well as a la cart. I would definitely recommend that you try this restaurant if you're craving Mexican food!

I have been going to this place for years. They've done some remodeling and improved the atmosphere of the resturant since they opened. Service is great, and the food is delicious.
