I love this place forever. Two things most set Bojangles' apart in the world of fast-food fried chicken: its single style of chicken and heavy focus on the biscuit side of the menu. The latter is so important that it is part of the full official name, Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits. The former is simply Cajun fried chicken, despite the fact that the chain hails from Charlotte, N.C., and not Louisiana. This simplicity, since 1977, is refreshing in a world full of constantly changing mild, spicy, extra crispy, grilled, boneless and even skinless chicken options.

I don't usually write bad reviews. But I feel like this one should be addressed. I have lived in this area for years!! It seems like this Bojangles is going down hill fast. I typically go once every two weeks, because I work in this area, and go on my lunch break. The staff is absolutely horrible. They do not care about the customer at all, they do not have any customer service skills. Now, don't get me wrong, I know its not a Chick-fi-la kind of customer service, but I mean come on. They are always yelling at eachother and/or cussing on the interior when I pull up to the drive through window. So unprofessional. They also have gotten my order wrong atleast 10 out of 20 visits. I love Bojangles but this store in particular just needs to be improved badly. When they hand me my food, I don't want to hear them say "Here." and close the window in my face. They just need to re-evaluate their workers. Okay, rant over.
