They are constantly out of ingredients - 3 times in a row they've been out of spinach. The bread is stale, the bacon wasn't cooked and my sandwich was completely pulled apart. The people they have running it also are rude and make it apparent they have no business doing anything more than less of what is expected. This Subway is consistently poor quality and we will NOT go back to it again.

I went to Subway a little ways after Christmas and had pretty crappy service. The man working was rude, told me he wasn't able to make me a chopped salad because he didn't want to wash the chopper. Then proceeded to give me little to no lettuce or dressing. Tonight I went into Subway in Indian Trail again and the girl's not only all were sitting in the back, and gave us dirty looks when we walked in, but again, gave me attitude whenever I asked for a salad. The girl gave me half a ramekin of dressing, only half of the salad container was filled with the salad and I felt rushed out of the place. I do not recommend this Subway at ALL!

My sandwich architecture was great...the sandwich was put together nicely and neat...

My family and I stopped at this location for sandwiches after seeing my daughter's play at Sun Valley HS, this evening. It was 8:52pm when we got there and the door was already locked. We knocked and the teenage boy looked up at us from the counter and then finished cutting bread. Young lady was mopping the floor. They obviously had no intentions of opening the door. We got back in the car and went right across the street to Jersey Mikes. The young ladies turned the grill on and made our sandwiches with smiles and no attitude. I never been there before, but because of the excellent customer service and delicious food they have new customers. Money well spent for a family of 6, plus tip for their kindness.

Just what I would expect from Subway. Good sandwich. Parking is sometimes difficult, but that's not their fault. Good environment, good people.
