Worst costumer service. Rude stuff, a specially Tiffany what ever her name is, was rolling her eyes at me, was being just rude. I will never will go there again.

Awful. Just left there with my food about 15 minutes ago. I accidentally asked for sweet tea and then asked for an unsweetened tea, they STILL gave me sweet after I left. The fries taste like they were reheated from last night. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. They gave me sausage and egg. No receipt either to prove my order was wrong. No wonder the rating is 92. Horrible service and food. Whoever is running the orders on the drive thru sucks.

I love it when the District Manager is there and he is working with his employees. His style of management is first class. When he is not there the place runs as if he was still there. Keep up the great work.

This was the first time I had Bojangles when i came to NC to wish my girlfriend. The service was amazing as well as the food. Made me feel welcome in a brand new place.

Drive through was basically an open window with people walking past fussing about something. Ordered 3 meals. All 3 were wrong, even after having the order read back to us. It took so long to go through, we just took what we had and left. The restaurant was not busy at the time.
