I've been going to Greco's Steak 'n Hoagie since long before they were located on Stallings Rd in Matthews. The were on Sharon Amity Rd at Independence Blvd in Charlotte for many, many years before road construction forced them to move. It's the same great owner running the place now, and the food is the same awesome food it always was!!! The rotisserie chicken is far better than found anywhere else, and it's to die for! Their subs put everyone else to shame. The restaurant is clean like before, and the service is friendly and professional. I live on the opposite side of town now, but I drove 35 miles just to find them again. I'll be doing it again soon, I hope.

Great service and awesome prices. Food is pretty good no matter what you get. You can eat healthy by going with their Rotisserie chicken plate with 2 sides (Greek salad and macaroni salad) and pay around $8 after tax

This place has pretty good Subs. I tried the Philly cheesesteak and it was very similar to what I get in the New York Pennsylvania area. I only wish it had more meat and fried onions. The sides were good and the service was great. A great find if you're on the road.

I was overcharged for everything. I paid 20 for my normal meal that would’ve been 15. My order was incorrect I had to turn around because they didn’t put lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich.. at the same time my girlfriend needed a whole new bread because she wasn’t informed that “steak sauce” that came on the sandwich was a1 sauce which is fine but she charged me a dollar for the bread after I already turned around for the toppings that should’ve been on there. So we left I bit into my sandwich a bug was dead in sandwich . I called to the store she asks “how?” . I said just have my money ready when I get there. Check your food and oh yeah the cook didn’t wear gloves
