Typically I can post that all the chains I visit are consistent and average. However this location has now disappointed me twice, and will not have a third chance to. My first visit resulted in the restaurant not having lettuce or onion rings. While the staff was very friendly about it and probably not their fault, that's pretty unacceptable. So I left. Today 5/13, I went and they did not process my order correctly. When she repeated my order back, she only repeated half, leaving it up to chance when I got to the window. After I paid, I noticed I was not given (or charged for) the third drink I asked for. I was also not given the option for sauce. When I asked for some the employee looked at me, grabbed some and after I thanked them said "hmm". The sweet tea is also not very well, being very watered down and having no tea taste. I was also only given one straw for three drinks. Overall, I wouldn't bother with this particular location.

Ordered the farmhouse burger. They said the machine wasn't working to make it. Not sure what the heck about that. Got the double whopper with cheese, hold the tomatoes and onions. Payed with my card. They said the card didn't go through, ran my card again. Now I'm sitting at the motel room with a single whopper, was charged for a double, and it came with no cheese and it had tomatoes and onions on it. The tea taste old and my bank account was charged twice. Very unpleasant experience as I'm out of town working.

Terribly slow from even getting greeted to taking the order and even getting the food. They were also out of coke and chicken sandwiches. No wonder they're closing all over town

My husband went at about 9:30 last night (2/9) and brought me back food from about 5 miles away and it was still hot, the fries were fresh, the cheese was all melty, the bacon was crisp and there was a perfect amount of it on my bacon double cheeseburger. I hope they continue to do a good job because I'm glad to find out there's a Burger King closer to me than I'd origionally thought. Sometimes you just need a Whopper, ya know?
