I was very disappointed 05/11/18 when I order a chicken bowls. The lady serving me cheated me out my scoop, giving me a pitifully small portion of rice in the bowl. I had to ask for more, still that was not worth me paying. This was the first time this happen. My feelings were hurt. I have been very dissatisfied with the service. I will call the manager to see what will be said. The location was 1909 Matthews Township pkwy, Matthew NC 28105

Horrible experience! Order a simple salad bowl online, went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready, waited while the staff took multiple orders before starting mine, was never even spoken to or said sorry, be with you in one moment, nothing. Got total attitude the WHOLE time like everything was my fault. Asked for the chips and queso I ordered and got an attitude and then asked for my dressing that comes with it and got another attitude and girl didn’t even look at me when handing it to me! Come home to see the order is completely wrong, didn’t even make what I asked for!! It was simple!! Will NEVER go here ever AGAIN!! Don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it and have an attitude problem!

I read the online reviews and saw that most people have trouble with this location. I should of stayed away lol. This was our first time ordering from here. We ordered online and when my husband got their our food was not ready. They had just pulled the order and started making it. He comes home and we are missing 3 items. My daughter's milk and fruit, and our chips and queso. We paid for all. Looks like they don't check orders when sending them out. I was upset!!! He also mentioned that the staff was terrible. Stay away from this one until they can get it together.

Not my favorite location. On a positive note it does not get too busy so it's pretty quick to get in and out of. Still good food and very fast. Employees have always been courteous and respectful to me at least.
