Excellent meal at reasonable price! We went for dinner on a Thursday evening around 7:30 pm and were seated immediately. Excellent service by Meg who brought out our bread hot from the oven and served each course just as we finished the previous. Our entrees were fresh and flavorful, unlike many other chain restaurants. My friend had never been to a Carrabba's and found it to be tasty and of high quality, and declared her satisfaction of everything, including the "adult" coffee she had for dessert. We would definitely come back!

Had a wait of 45 mins because the kitchen got back up so everyone waiting had to wait. The poor hostesses had to explain to every person coming in why no one was being seated. Many people left after already waiting because were now told it would be a 1.5 hour wait to be seated. Many people asked to speak to the manager and she never came to the front to speak with them. Once seated out waitress was right there we never waited for anything, she was great. Our food came out in a timely manner and was amazing. Big complaint is that the manager never came over to anyone that had to wait to apologize for the long wait. She told her wait staff to offer free desserts instead. A quick 2 min conversation with the patrons from the manager would have went a long way in my book. This makes me wish the South Blvd. location never closed down.

We were quickly greeted and seated. Interacted with four of the staff, all of which were very courteous and professional. I had the salmon with grilled asparagus; my wife the, the chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes. Both of our meals were nicely plated; properly cooked and very delicious. Saturday, Feb 10, we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. Carrabba's is one of her favorite places to eat! We did call ahead seating earlier in the day, but still waited over an hour and a half. I do realize it was Saturday and we had a group of 7. We finally got sat and Nick the manager apologized and our waitress, Kaylie was wonderful. We had an issue with one meal and Nick was appalled. He paid for our entire meal, we really didn't expect that. Amazing service and food!!!
