Oh my god what a find. They have the best fried pork chops, their Ox tail is to die for it falls right off the bone. The collards are a little too sweet and not as nearly greasy as I like them as do most southerners. But all their other sides are delicious. Especially the fried squash. YUM YUM YUM YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE. Don't let the looks of the place discourage you. I promise you won't be disappointed. And the owner and her son are Jens.

My husband and I miss Elsa’s terribly. It took us a while to discover it but when we did, we were frequent visitors. When we walked in we were greeted and immediately felt at home every visit; everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they loved our daughter. The food takes a little while but it’s worth the wait. There’s a lot of it and it’s hot, fresh and delicious.

If you love great quality food and great service, then you have to try this place. You can call in or order when you get there. It is about a 15 min wait but well worth it. I always look forward to coming again.
