I usually get the cold cut 12 inch sub and divide it for 2 meals. I asked for extra mayo, vinegar and oil and I got it. Perfect sandwich made by some young ladies (one was training) and it was worth the extra time it took to get it. A different Taco Bell mixed the vinegar and oil and it wasn't a success. I don't want it mixed before it goes on the sandwich. Vinegar and oil doesn't mix in the bottle very well.

Very disappointing. Came n at 8:10 on Sunday. Wanted a meatball sub which was the sub of the day. I couldn't get it because she didn't have it. I ask if she could make just 6 more meatballs. Answer.. No. . No smile no conversation no nothing so I got another sub wanted oil on it. With a roll of the eyes and a huff she went and got it. I ask if I could switch something answer No. I have came to the store many times. Always great smiles and willing to help. Someone needs to work on this young ladies costumers service skills.

The food was ok but the "gentleman" working needs some customer service training. Not only did we feel like we were being rushed from the get-go, but he acted as though we were taking up his time. If you dont like your customer service job enough to provide good customer service, perhaps it's time to move on.
