Absolutely love this sonic. Best one in Jacksonville. Andrew, the manager is fantastic. Takes care of his customers. All car hops are fantastic. Don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bad car hop. Food is always fresh and if something comes out wrong. They make it right

It took almost 15 minutes to get 3 milkshakes and 2 of the 3 were wrong. The person that took our order and the carhop that delivered them argued with me about them. The only one that offered any kind of positive service was Avery, who was extremely hard-working and very personable.

Sonic is always a very pleasant place. Good food & brings memories of the old Drive-ins... place order via speaker & then Car-Hops deliver food to your car.... Wether it's a delicious Sundae, hotdogs, hamburgers or Mexican food, all is good.

If i could have given this particular sonic no stars...I would have. My last visit not only was i subjected but also my 8yr old, to an employee standing outside the front door yelling about how its unfair that she had to work hard. This "conversation" was more than audible in my vehicle...and throughly filled with profanity. Afterwards we reluctantly ordered, our food was old and obvioualy reheated. I witnessed the employee that serviced us throw down garbage in the parking lot as he was servicing another guest. I called the manager as we sat in the parking lot.......i could see him answer the phone from where we sat, while i told him of the food quality and his employee trashing up the parking lot, he... the manager, was laughing and making jokes about it to the other employees. This is the most unprofessional behavior and i wish i never went there. I won't go there again.

The workers always are genuinely pleasant and upbeat. Today, while I waited I saw a car hop on roller skates fall and I was concerned. She got back up and kept going. I couldn't imagine trying to be a car hop, especially on roller skates. Wonderful atmosphere!
