I ordered the club wrap that's suppose to come with fries. My fries looked over cooked and half eaten. When I politely asked about my fries she said that's how many fries you get with a club sandwich I paid 9.00 for this. I shouldn't be able to count my fries and to make matters worse she just walked away and the manager didn't even come out to talk with us about the situation. This is the second time this has happened. I'm not gonna pay for over priced food that's not even halfway decent. Doesn't need to be perfect...its a Chuck E Cheese but goodness this is not acceptable for what you are charging. So disappointed that the employees just moved on from the situation. That's fine I can get an small fries from McDonald's and get way more than what they offered with a better attitude and for less money. I hope your experience won't be like mine.

As far as I can tell it a clean place. Staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of games for the kids, and pizza was great. I am looking forward to my next visit. If anything could change it would be the outside. Could use some beautfication

Let just start with when we walked in the door we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come take our order 2. Got order finally in and walked into the dining area and there is no where to sit because almost every table is dirty from pervous customers 3 the games where taking more point then what it was supposed to do we had to get a manager to clam our points back 4 our pizzas comes out and one of them is not stuffed crust like we requested I went to the front and told them about the situation so she tells the manager and come back saying we have to pay for the stuffed crust I don’t think so we asked for it as we where taking our Oder so another manager comes and tell me they have to take one of our pizzas back which the kids already started eating cause they are hungry so I gave her the half eaten pizza for an exchange for our stuffed pizza which took 25 minutes to come out They are short staffed and not one Employee Has a smile on there face nor did we get a welcome or anything I don’t like to Leave negative reviews but this was a must this is a family restaurant if your going to work here enjoy your job with a smile

My daughter loves it there but what 3 year old doesn't. My first time in a Chuck e cheese's in probably 30 years and it is definitely not what I remember it to me. The one in JVille seams a little small but prime real estate on Western is short now. The games are well maintained and the employees were busy cleaning and keeping the place tidy. It seams like there were just as many parents getting the same joy out of the games as the children. There was a good level of nostalgia from some of the games to make me spend a couple of tokens. I had a good time. You can host birthday parties there and they have a suit of chuck to come visit the kids. Be prepared if your hosting a party to have several kids that aren't in the party to come over to see the big mouse/rat haha. It was a good time. Oh, I thought it was way to warm in there. I had started to sweat half way through our stay and I didn't eat any pizza or drink any pop. I would almost recommend shorts and a T.

Too many game machines in such a small building. Can get very crowded. Pizza could have been better.
