I will not be talking about the food because I was disappointed in the quality tonight. It was unlike the last time I went which was good. What I will say is that I had a great server named Tracy. Ask for her. She has great customer service skills, very attentive, with a ready smile. The manager was great too. We sent back the meal and he came over immediately to rectify what he could. So they are trying to provide good customer service...kudos!

Its Olive Garden!!!! How can you not love the food service & ambiance! Great experience my wife loves the chicken gnocchi soup! She gets about 2 orders every other week. It's great comfort food.

Olive Garden is always great. They only lost a star because I asked for a full bottle of a specific wine when I walked in but they brought out the taste test bottle instead. Then the battery went flat on the table top ordering menu and game system. Food was still great as well as the service.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I sat at the bar and was waited on by Taylor, who is by far the best bartender I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Extremely great personality topped with top notch customer service!

We had a very pleasant experience. Our waitress was very professional and her skills were extraordinary! Didn't catch her name but it made our dinning experience very enjoyable! We were visiting Jacksonville.
