Another great meal here. Always have had great service here and smiling, courteous waitresses. Lunch today was a really tasty Madlove burger. Too full for anymore fries, which I really like. Will always come back here for gourmet burgers.

Red Robins has always been a favorite of mine. Out here it is just as good as the one I always went too back in Cali. They were quick to get us seated. We asked for fries to come out ASAP because my son was cranky hungry. They came out quick and we're good. The staff were nice and the food was delicious.

Sarah is our favorite server. She is excellent, and works great with guests who have allergies. The restaurant as a whole is also excellent as far as catering to guests with allergies. The food always tastes great as well!! We go here all the time!

We were pretty disgruntled when we got here as we had waited for over an hour at iHOP with no food. When we got to RR We were greeted right away and sat. Our server Greg took our drink order and immediate brought out our drinks. Our toddler was very fussy at this point because he was hungry but Greg brought out some fries for our little guy while we decided what to order. Our food came out very quickly, from the time that we sat until we were finished was 40 minutes and that’s with dessert! We were extremely satisfied with the service, management and the food. Definitely turned our day around!!

Bartender never spoke to Black/African American customers. I was raving about Red Robin to my family for so long and after years, I was finally able to go. First off when my husband and I got there, we waited for a few minutes before anyone came to seat us and the bartender was right there and saw us, but never spoke to us to let us know someone will be with us shortly, like he did the other patrons that were all White. And for one man, who walked past the waiting area, the bartender even wiped off a dirty table for him. Yeah, go figure! The food came out rather quickly, however we had to ask for water after we had ran out and fries after we ran out as well. I had to remind our waitress about the fries again. When we had to leave we did not get a "Come back, have a nice day" from our waitress or the bartender, who were all to eager to say it to everyone else that left, even those that they did not wait on or service. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! At least not unless I want to be treated like a third class citizen!!!!
