Don't waste your time or money here. We visited this location tonight to partake in the Kids Eat Free offer and were completely disappointed. After being denied the free kids meals, until our children physically came into the store, we were overcharged for extra meat that we did not order and did not receive cookies nor drinks for our children's meals. To add insult to injury, the food was not good! It didn't taste fresh and the kids burrito was the size of Tinkerbell, 2 inches of pure imagination. This Moe's gives other locations a bad name. My family will not be back.

Only giving two stars because their cheese is good. Other than that, horrible service. I went there about two weeks ago, the bathroom was a mess and after informing the employee, he didn't seem to care. Also, the cook had his pants down to his freakin knees and you could see his underwear and sweat marks on them. That is very unsanitary and did not feel comfortable eating after witnessing that.

Joe’s Southwest Grill is always great and tasty. Even though the restaurant was very busy tonight with all the Christmas shoppers at the mall, the staff kept things moving well, had a good attitude and were very friendly. I have no clue how they wrap their Homewrecker Burritos, but they always get them all wrapped up. Highly recommend.

I understand that food service is hard. I currently work in it, but this was ridiculous! Let's start with the bathroom. The women's sink did not work, the paper towels dispensed into the trash can, and there was only a bottle of hand sanitizer. They messed up our order because their friends came in and they were more concerned with Snapchat than the food. The vegetarian of our group asked for a veggie burrito and was served steak. When we alerted them that there was an issue, they made us stand in line a second time! There was one African American gentleman who was very sweet, but the other employees were very rude. The chips were soggy, the food fell apart. We won't be back.
