This is our go to restaurant for Mexican. Very friendly owner and wait staff that actually seem happy to greet you and wait on you!! Food is always consistent and good! Been going here for over 20 years! The owner Cruz is a good dude! Chicken Nachos are a staple here and loved by our entire family, however there are multiple more dishes we enjoy as well.

The food has gotten worse and the portions are so much smaller. I have been going to Los Arcos in Kannapolis for about 10-12 years! My family and I loved it so much, over the years we refused to go anywhere else, UNTIL RECENTLY!! Now, I REFUSE to go back. They are rude, the manager is hateful, they change their menu items weekly and expect you to be able to read a written sign posted somewhere at the front of the store. (which I never seen, but I was told it was there) Once they took the best staff and the main manager to Salisbury, it went down hill. It is definitely worth the drive for bigger portions, friendly staff, and a manager that actually cares! If you’re looking for a Mexican- American style restaurant DO NOT go here. Take the drive to Salisbury, or shoot a mile south down hwy 29 and go to El Amigo!

I love Los Arcos. Cruise and the staff are fabulous. The place looks great since the remodel. Best food and margaritas anywhere.

Ive only been there once for Taco Tuesday, and let me tell you. The tacos were smaller than i thought they were going to be. But overall they were actually pretty good. But dont get the street taco. It was nasty to me. The staff was really, really nice. And the overall atmosphere was good. The parking lot stays full. So that should tell you about the food. Its great. You should try it out
