Customer service was not good...2 girls working that didn't offer much customer service. Asked if we could get meatball sub with kids meal and it ws a no, apparently there is no substitutions. Okay fine so my kids picked another option for kids meal because they wanted the toy all to find out after checking out that they are out of toys and I only know that because I asked where their toy was, they never offered to tell me that when I ordered. They just said they ran out, no other customer service or effort to make that right. She said they don't charge for the toy with the kids meal. However I could have split the 6in. meal between my two small children and saved money. Let's be honest, kids care about kids meal toys, order more before you run out or tell the parent ordering.

The food is always excellent, always clean, and the service is always great. My family and I eat here at least once a week. I recommend it to anyone.

I would have to say chassidy is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. The website for this location says they are open until 9 so I place an online order, pay and then call to add something to my order and chassidy said they were closed which at that point it was only 835. So when I ask her who I needed to contact to get my money back she says I don't know and then said she would give her manager Paula or Paulette not sure my number and she would call me back immediately, she never did. Then when I called back she said it wasn't her problem because they didn't get the money. I feel like it is her problem because she represents subway and I payed for something I'm not going to get. So for one you need to fix your hours information because it is not accurate and hire more friendly customer service. I will never eat at that location again because of chassidy and her attitude. 5/16/17 2MONTHS LATER and I still haven't been refunded for my subs. I've called numerous times with no response or returned call! In the beginning they tried to offer me a free 6 inch sub to accommodate me for the $30 I spent in there smh what a joke! ILL SAY IT AGAIN...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!
