Ok staff could have been friendlier and the food could have been prepared a little better.

The store was supposed to open at 11:30, finally opened at 12:10. Manager was rude to customers that she should have been thankfully were waiting. My daughter ordered a 6" sub which was as small as my son's kids size sub. The people ahead of us ordered 3 subs, 2 without cheese. The 3rd had a sparse sprinkling of cheese. When the customer asked for more cheese, they refused and sited Subway standards. They should have put the cheese from the other 2 on the 3rd, they already were paying for it!

I was at the Carolina Mall and went to the Subway location in the mall to get their $6 sub of the day; which I made into a combo with chips and a drink. I waited 10 minutes in line before placing my order, but $6 for a footlong is worth the wait.....Right? I presented the cashier with a $100 bill. To my astonishment the cashier said "I don't have change for that. I'll hold on to your food while you go get change." The offensiveness of that statement left me speechless for a moment. After recovering from the shock of this, I told the cashier that I am not willing to go find change and that I would never patron their store again. How can a store not have change for their customers!?! This is deplorable customer service and I will never go to ANY Subway again. They have lost a customer for life!
