I love love love this restaurant. Imagine the Andy Griffith Show, but in a small restaurant. Everyone wants to meet you, and say hello. They remember your name. From the first visit, it feels like going home to visit with family. The food is great as well. They have the best grilled tenderloin in the Triad ! Go there and find out what your favorite menu item is.

A must! So good. Tiny hole in the wall with great food and warm southern-like hospitality

Always great. David Fitzpatrick simply makes everyone feel like family, not a customer. Food is great too.

I moved to Kernersville, NC 9 months ago and one of the first places I visited was Fitz on Main. David, April, and the staff immediately make you feel like family. If you want to go into a restaurant where the staff and customers make you fill like family go see David and his staff. The best of the best in downtown Kernersville!

Fitz on Main is the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast at the counter at an inexpensive price! Nestled between two storefronts on Main Street, Fitz on Main offers traditional, no frills breakfast and lunch options that cost as much as most fast food restaurants. The seating area is narrow with a long counter at the front and some small tables in the back. The cramped atmosphere simply gives you the opportunity to interact with the many regulars and friendly staff. This is NOT a good place for groups larger than four and be prepared to pay in CASH only. I have never had anything bad but my two favorite breakfast options are the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are unique and have a perfect mixture of chewy and fluffy.
