I submitted an order online through the Subway app to Subway located at 1030-A South Main Street in Kernersville NC at 5:04 PM on 5/3/2018. The app malfunctioned and the order did not make it to the store, however the payment function with PayPal worked just fine and I was charged for the order. Even with proof of payment, the store manager refused to fulfill the order since it did not go through their cash register. When asked about my lost money I was told I had to contact Subway Corporate. Horrible customer service to a loyal customer!!

I've always loved the selection of cheeses and other add-ons that Subway offers. This location could use more than 2 employees during peak dinner hours to assist customers. Neither employee working when I visited, was overly friendly or smiling.

I love subway but this one is nasty and outdated. Theres fake vine decor ont he wall that is covered in dust and theres even things behind the counter on the wall just layered in dust and gunk. There was dead flies and filth all near the windows. Ive been here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times we had a rude employee. I rather go right around thw corner to them one at walmart. Its always clean and great service. There only problem is a messed up light that flickers and there cookies are usually over done. But i rather got here then to this one.

Food was fresh, employees were friendly. They took their time making my sub right right and listened to everything I wanted. Would definitely return there to eat again.
