Tried to enjoy dinner but a very loud group of "ladies" sitting in the corner made sure that wasn't going to happen. It was only around 6 o'clock but they were well on their way. Food probably would have tasted better if I didn't have a headache from the noise.

Googled "friendly dog restaurants" and this came up. Boo, they are indeed not dog friendly, Even though my dog is 5 pounds and even though I have a purse to contain him, and eventhough they have out door seating, so what is the deal? Boo! Will find their competition.

This was our first meal upon arriving in OBX. Staff was very friendly and great location..and environment. Our waitress was distracted and slow even though there was hardly anyone else there. This was the only place where we had over cooked shrimp. The cheesey grits were awesome. We found the Jerk Pork to also be very over cooked.

The Bonzer Shack is on the beach road and is a fantastic restaurant. Food is great, there is a bar and an outdoor place to have lunch and play games.

Great drinks! Menu wasn't my thing but there seemed to be a lot of regulars so you have to think it's ok.
