Great food and service with a outstanding staff. But we had to wait for a long time for the all you can eat shrimp and fish and chicken. The rest of family ordered the largest seafood platter 3 of them. The total bill was about 155.00 dollars. We were seated 5 pm and their was 9 in our party. Over all it was a good meal. - minus the wait on the all you can eat shrimp and fish and chicken.

Let me just say, I've never been a fan of sea food as I've only been to Red Lobster. I read reviews about this place and thought I'd give it a try while I'm here I NC. I have to say it was the BEST sea food I've ever had. The Monster Fish Sandwich is no joke, it is BIG. Melts in your mouth and just falls apart. The Hush puppies had actual corn in it and were done just right. Crispy and sweet. The Dirty Banana was an Amazing frozen drink with real Banana puree. And the waitress, Chantel, was the best waitress we had here in NC for our entire stay. Over all, food Amazing, service Amazing, people and portions Amazing. When I come back to the Outer Banks of NC, I will definitely be visiting again.

My second visit was Friday night all the way from Fluvanna County, VA. Our visit to Dirty Dick's Crab House was excellent. The first review I wrote I had the wrong name for Jason (alias Josh) and the wrong name for the Manager, Rob (alias Bob). I met another great waitress Friday night Alison, (alias ZZA or Jenny). Everyone treated my friend and I as though they had know us for years. The food was excellent and the prices of their food was reasonable. I am looking forward to seeing Jason, Alison and, of course, the whole staff, on our next trip. Won't be long kids!!!!!!!.

Fun atmosphere! Good food. A little heavy on the fried fish choices to get a five star rating. But Dirty Dick's is definitely an OBX must for my family.

Not good at all. I will never go back. I asked for steamed (full steam) oysters and clearly asked the waiter if they would be shelled and he stated yeah no prob. Get two pecks and all of them were muddy and closed, I couldn't get hardly any of them open. End up with mud and dirt all over my clothes even after the manager came over and finally helped me open them. I will never go back (I ended up spending$180 there for bad service and under rated food. (Even my kids got sick afterwards) they got the all you can eat shrimp and fish) the alligator was good though but that's about all that was good there!!
