I tried the spicy chicken guacamole sandwich for the first time here yesterday. The sandwich came with no guacamole so I had to turn back around to get it fixed. The first time I received the sandwich it wasn't all that appealing. When I returned to get my order fixed that's when I recieved the fresh one. I was definitely impressed with it. Service was okay. Pleased how my issue was resolved.

Love Wendy's food and prices but here in King,N.C. They need to get a whole new staff and manager's included and be trained correctly. Their service is slow and they always get the order wrong..I try to be understanding and considered but after 3 months are more of this , It's inexcusable..Will go back when things change...The last time I was there the order was wrong, the door handle was broken when you come in, the drink machine was broken too. People are leaving Wendy's and going next door to McDonald's because of all of this..

Not the fastest service, but not the slowest. They forgot a small fry, but we had a big order. I wasn't taken aback by how cleanly it was, but it wasn't disgusting, either. Overall, you pretty much get what you'd expect.

It's not very clean, staff is not very friendly, they argue when you make a special request, saying "it doesn't come like that", the soda area is horribly sticky, with trash laying around. Just not one of the better Wendy's. Food is ok
