This was our worst visit to a Wendy's ever. We arrived at 10:33 pm and ordered our food. Was told it would be 6 min on chicken. Paid for food at 10:45 pm was told that food was not ready be a few more minutes. Ten mins later I have to get out and walk up to drive through to ask for my food. Finally its brought to us at 10;59. Too late to go next door to Long John Silvers which is why we had drove there from Greensboro.

I was in a line in the drive thru that seemed slower than molasses! I ordered the small bacon burger and small fries. I had just seen a commercial for how good and crispy the fries were supposed to be. The fries were cold and tough! As I drove on I got more disappointed. The burger was very good but tough fries made me turn around and go back . I took the leftover fries inside and got freshly cooked ones. They were just okay.

A decent place for a quick bite that we've frequented when in the area. Our wait in line was short even though there were two customers in front of us. The employees were friendly and helpful. Most everything was kept clean (the tables needed some attention) and full. We received our order in a short amount of time and the items were hot and fresh.

It was okay. The sanitation grade is a low "A" which was a bit concerning, but the service was on par with most fast food places. The food was good, but I only bought baked potatoes, so nothing crazy to report.

Can't get the drink I prefer (Lime Coke) at the drive-thru. Forced to go inside restaurant to use the fountain drink machine inside the restaurant. It sucks when I have to park and get it off my vehicle in the pouring rain because they won't give me my drink at the drive-thru. One time (not this visit, but at this location) the drive-thru operator was standing at the fountain drink machine having a very lengthy, personal conversation with her boyfriend (not an employee) while taking orders. I can understand when you don't want your drive-thru operator to leave their station to go around the corner to the drink machine.... but she was already there AND she even came back to continue her visit with her boyfriend after serving the meal to the car after me. Why would she refuse to make my soda if she was standing there anyway?! Either get one of those machines in back, or figure out how to serve your customers what they want. Especially since the drink that I want is available at the restaurant.
