Nothing to say, but, this should be enough. Lots of People seated before us that came in after. Bill printed 3 times before we were charged correctly. New hire annnd trainer did not know what was going on. Treated rudely once, gave them another chance, treated rudely 2nd time too. Y'all, we've spent ALOT of money here. They need to do better. I will say the gentleman host was very nice tho. Hanes Mill Rd. Location, Winston Salem, NC

We sat at our table for 10 minutes before we we're even acknowledged. It wasn't until the manager came and noticed us when our "server" decides to run over trying to take our drink order. Great food but should work on the customer service part of being a serve. The General Manager was Awesome though.

Only eat at the bar. Love the food here but you can expect horrific service if you don't sit at the bar. 5 star service my last 4 visits at the bar and 1-2 star service sitting at tables last several times.

Food was great. Waitress was not very knowledgeable about items on the menu or very attentive. My husband never received any refills

We always have great service at this location. This particular time we had to wait much longer for our food than normal, but still attentive wait staff.
