Since when do you close before 12??? Ugh. Update: The service here is horrible my food was messed up drink was only filled a little over halfway and food was also cold. I called them once I got settled so they told me they would replace it. I went back a couple days later to get it replaced, but when I got my food it was cold! Not warm at all! So I told them and the manager came to the window as if my statement was going to change..my food is still cold I said. So I waited 10 minutes and they brought the food out cold AGAIN!! AND I was missing other items..I was so fed up and frustrated that in order to not cause complications I took it and left. I will never come back here again!!! Definitely calling corporate on this facility..if I am going to be spending $10 on a meal from this place I should be able to get it hot like I asked for THREE times!!

I always ask for a crispy, well done quesadilla, and it is only made properly about 30% of the time. The employees now push down harder on the press, so that the quesadilla gets done quicker, instead of just running the timer twice. Also, the bathroom in this establishment is absolutely awful, it makes me think that no one, management included, even really cares at all.

Whenever there is a line in the drive thru, it takes upwards of 6 or 7 minutes per car. Last time, I wanted to jump the curb because they were taking too long. Whoever manages this place needs to teach the staff to work with a sense of urgency.

It can be really good when they don't run out of ingredients, but unfortunately it seems like that is a common occurrence for them.

The worst experience ever in a "fast food" line. From the time of the order til the time it was received was 37 minutes. Plus, they didn't even have tortillas to make soft tacos, no printer paper for the receipt, and said they were busy with the front counter (one person in the entire store). Do NOT go unless you have lots of time to kill. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating but there wasn't a negative star.
