We there tonight on Vernon Ave around 8:25. Ordered 2 piece white with pintos and dirty rice. Asked for fresh chicken. They told me 12 min wait. My twelve min wait turned into an 18 min wait. Then when I get home to eat my food. My rice looked and taste like mush. Pinto beans all dried. Meal cost me almost $8. This is uncalled for. If I didn't live 7 miles away. I would have taken it back. And asked for a refund.

Could use improvement on speed and customer service. Food isn't always hot and fresh. They allow tea to sit in ice and it comes to the customer watered down. More ice than necessary in drinks. Grease could be changed more often for freshness.

If the drive thru line is long, you are better off going inside. Glad I live East og 95, because you cant get a Cheddar Bo otherwise!

Very disturbing resturant trashy customer service. If i could give zero stars i would brought all the food back with recipet and refused to give me a refund. If this was the only bojangles i would never eat it. They need to be corrected or they will never change.
