I've been several different occasions with family we all where not pleased with food. My bread is never moist, entirely too many onions on sandwhich, chili never taste the original taste, when I go to surrounding area cookouts I'm always satisfied, they may need to retrain staff, quit focusing on speed & work on proper food taste & prepping.I dont plan on going back if this issue is not fix. But I will say my fries are always great.

Service was Terrible. Employees playing instead of fixing my orders for my kids correctly. Not to mention my fries were cold and my kids burgers were undercooked. Damn, was the cow still alive? Pink all the way through! Wasted my money on that because I threw the entire meal away and just went to burger king. Doubt if I take my kids back. They need to cook their burgers longer or something.

The food was great!! However, having 4 or 5 people SHOUT "Welcome to Cookout" every time someone walks through the door is extremely disturbing. I appreciate friendliness, but this was ridiculous and it was so loud and obnoxious that it even seemed to be a joke amongst the employees. It's frightening when you walk through the door and totally prevents conversation at the tables. That is my only complaint. But it was bad enough that I knocked 2 stars off the rating. 👀
