My experience was good they make the sandwiches good I like them

Very unclean VIA employee licked his fingers too open plastic subway bag then picked up ladies sandwich partially wrapped in paper. Was in contact with wake county health... advised have been docked health points via meat balls unhealthy temp.. and also HAND WASHING ISSUES

Placed an online order when I went to pickup my order 15mins after it was supposed to be ready. The only employee was in the back on her phone. When I finally got her attention she said she hadn't started making my order.

I received food poisoning here on the 11th of Feb. I don't think the veggies were washed or handled properly. They use old bread. I had asked the young lady if the bread was fresh, and she replied "it's soft". I could tell the way it was crumbing as she made the sandwich that it was not fresh. This owner makes too much bread prior to the weekend, for the weekend because he is not going to be there.
