My wife and I have been coming to this Taco Bell for about 4 years now and it is hands down the best one ever. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, accurate, and act like they take pride in making great tasting food and happy customers. I’ve passed by other Taco Bells just to patronize this location because of how outstanding it is. Great job, y’all! (Hopefully upper management will see y’all have it dialed in and let you keep on keepin’ on)

This is one of my favorite Taco Bells. Always clean and fast. They never make your items light. The employees are also very friendly.

I was not happy with the service. They had ran out of sour cream and did not let the customers know, and sold tacos anyway. When I got home, I ate one of the three taco supreme, which suppose to have sour cream on it. I knew it tasted different, I realize there was no sour cream, so I took it back, the cashier was teenager, she said we ran out of sour cream, and she said we ran out. I said, why you did not tell when I ordered and how are you not going to tell customers you don't have sour cream, when it is on almost everything they sell. I would have ordered something else or nothing at all, but I was not given a choice in the matter and that was not right, and taking my hard earn money, paying for something that I did not have everything that was suppose to be on the Dorito Taco Supreme. The Taco in Knightdale, every time, I go there, it's something that they are out of. I get frustrated and just don't order anything sometimes. This younger generation just don't have customer service knowledge or what it means to really to serve the customer.

The worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. Tacos were soggy. Lettuce was browning. Took exactly 30 minutes to make my order after placing it. When I asked the manager on duty if he considered this acceptable, he said, "No. We are short handed. Sorry." Then walked away. Obviously, customers are not a high priority at this establishment. What is more frustrating is that I easily saw 25 cars go through the drive-thru in the same time they served 4 people in-store. Save your money. Go to a nice Mexican restaurant. You'll get better service and better food.

I love Taco Bell, but this one is special. They always have exceptional customer service and the food is next-level. Avery in the drive thru will treat you right. I recommend this Taco Bell 100%!!
