Good always Hot and Fresh. Wait staff very helpful. Love their hamburger and chicken fingers. Impressed with salad bar great selection of fresh veggies. I go their quite often and would recommend to family and friends. Join the club and they will send you a free hamburger for your birthday.

This place used to be great, but service today was seriously ridiculous!! The waiter was Lazy, Sloppy, and down right slow!! He didn't care about his customers. He acted like he didn't want to be there.. No smile, he's not customer service oriented person. He explain he had been out so he didn't know the menu. But as an employee coming bk to work you always ask what's our specials today, so you can be customer service ready...

i just left from there i waited up front for 15 minutes and was not seated the persons inside just looked at me and carried on. im not sure how long the people that wete in front of me waited but they didnt look happy this place highly dissaponted today no wonder its slow ,no service available

My husband and I have had the worst experience possible at the Knightdale location. We were there for a little over an hour and a half with only about 6 other customers...drinks were on time, but my soup was room temperature, my husbands Chicken Parmesan was hard and the red sauce was completely watered down, the waitress was more fixated on coworkers than checking on our orders, and not to mention it was snowing outside and the cold air was blowing on every one (I heard a waitress tell 2 different tables that the manager turned the heat on but it clearly wasn't the case) my hands were so cold that they started drying and cracking Short story... Way to cold inside restaurant Horrible & slow service Soup was room temperature Food was hard and sauce was watered down Will not be going to Applebee's again!
