I had a really good dining experience. I had the sweetest server, Kasey and the food was good. My only wish would have been different seating however I would think they sat us where they had an available waitress. We were seated in a booth on the bar side and we had a toddler with us; not sure the other guest liked the idea. Overall, the experience was great and we couldn't have asked for a better server. She was attentive, personable and made our experience enjoyable!!!

I give it one star because I have to give something. We (my boyfriend, our 7 year old twins and myself) went last night and arrived about 2-1/2 hours before closing. They had people there but were not busy by any means. Multiple open tables etc. we stood at the front for over 4 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Once we were sat we waited for over 15 min. No one came to the table. No one said anything to us. We got up and left. Spoke to the manager on the way out who was also the one that sat us. He didn’t even apologize. There was another group of 4 people leaving at the same time with doggy bags. They overheard what was going on and told us good decision because they just got the worst service they had ever had. I love Chili’s but I’ll never got to Knightdale again!!!

Had a really great time going out to dinner with my family here. The food was actually better than I expected and our server was so friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving them four stars is because I don't understand why we couldn't get a high chair and sit at a booth instead of a table. There wasn't anyone else really in that section either. But other than that it was good.

The wings and ribs are great. Service was slow. Make sure you read the details on menu. I like hanging out here just wish service was better

The food and service was great BUT the restroom was HORRIBLE! The stench of stagnant piss hit my nose like a Mike Tyson knockout. REAL QUICK! The icing on the cake came when I had to choose the best of 3 evils. Stall 1 had piss and menstrual blood on the toilet, stall 2 a sprinkle of tinkle, and stall 3 someone barely made it. Power Tein activate! In form of a HOVER BOARD! All that to pee! POWERWASH with disinfectant or throw the whole bathroom away!
