I got a coupon for a free pizza because I waited 1 1/2 hours for a delivery order that was supposed to take 45 minutes. I used the coupon and ordered 2 additional items. The website said the store was closed for delivery, so I did carry out. After driving 10 minutes to the store and spending an additional $16, I got home and there was absolutely no cheese on the pizza. I checked my receipt, just to make sure I didn’t screw up, and sure enough it was supposed to be a pepperoni and cheese pizza. I will be contacting the Pizza Hug corporate office to file a formal complaint.

We been there 3 times, the first time we ordered traditional wings an got boneless then the sec time same thing happened with our wings but then gave money to our cashier to pay an she said do u need the change back? YES we didn't tell her to keep the change. An how rude is that. Then the third time we order some plane traditional wings 12 of them in our order an they didn't make it an we paid for it. So we go back an they didn't give us our money back. .

By far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever dealt with in my life. A couple weeks ago I placed an order online and within 20 minutes of the order being submit I needed to cancel and long story short I had to call atleast ten times. I kept being "transferred to a manager" and placed on holds that ended with the line ringing busy and then just disconnecting. About 57 minutes later I was able to speak to someone at the restaurant and he had THE WORST attitude with me like I was aggravating him because I didn't want to be charged for an order I had been trying to cancel for almost an hour. Then tonight I decided to give them another chance because besides the service being horrible I do like the food. Again placed an online order and it said my order would be delivered at 6:20pm. At 6:31 I get a call saying they won't have a driver to deliver my food until 7 I said okay I will wait. At 6:47 I get another call saying they won't have a driver at all and what the person told me before was wrong. So the Pizza Hut in tower gets one star I wish I could give it less. I will be one less customer they will have to worry about, NEVER AGAIN will I order or eat from this location.

Every time I visit this location they are slow and unprofessional. On top of this they continually get my order wrong. These issues are not just at this location.. This visit I called I was placed on hold immediately. So I drive to the window instead of holding for an hour. I was told to call to place my order. I said I tried. Pizza Hut why are you in businesses if your employees do not want to work with customers? The worst part about my experiences is that each pizza hut I visit is going down the drain in terms of service. Makes Papa John's taste better each time.

My family visited this location last night and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service we received. We went in to have a small pizza party for our daughter's birthday and we had a fantastic experience. We initally ordered a 2 liter Pepsi to have with our pizza, but unfortunately it wasn't cold. I approached the counter to order another 2 liter and asked the young man if there were any cold 2 liters available this time. We all had cups of ice, but I really love a cold beverage. The manager presented to the counter with several 20 oz sodas to fulfill my request as he expressed his apologies for not having any cold 2 liters available. He even offered us fountain beverages if we were interested. Needless to say we gladly accepted the warm 2 liter again because it was not a huge concern for us to the point of wasting their supply of cold 20 oz sodas, but through that experience I was comforted in knowing that managers still care enough to go above and beyond. The pizza came out really fast, the young men who served our food were awesome and my daughter enjoyed her big day. Great job to the manager and staff at the Pizza Hut on New Bern!
