We stopped on the way home from picking up our daughter from Brownies and looking for something not fast food. Great experience and decent value. We had the family meal for 3 and it fed our family of 4 (two adults, 2 kids under 9yrs). The employees were friendly and the service was good. The manager and employees checked on us to be sure we had everything while dining in and when we left, the manager gave each of the kids a cute Boston Market pin.

Why is this place still open? The energy and service is tired. The food looks old and unappetizing. The servers looked sad to. Yes they were polite. I asked to taste the stuffing. Stove stop is better. I purchased a mashed potato. Never again.

Food was good. Service was OK. Dining room was being cleaned constantly. Wish staff was happier to be at work. There was a car show going on in the parking lot...guess they were tired!

Really love the service here. The staff are kind and professional, and I always have a good experience. The rotisserie chicken is most and flavorful, the cornbread is soft and sweet, and the mashed potatoes are smooth and hearty. I love eating here, and come here when I need American comfort food.

Delicious! We love the chicken salad, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes with gravy! YUM!! Very friendly staff! Only drawback, I wish they had a drive-thru, like the one in Cary.
