I entered the drive through line at 8:59pm, and my transaction was completed 17 minutes later at 9:16. I ordered the #6 Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with 2 sides of honey mustard. I did not receive the requested honey mustard, my sandwich was soggy (wilted lettuce / watery mayo), the chicken was incredibly dry, and the fries were soggy/slightly warm. Although the meal was edible, it was not pleasant. I also did not receive a receipt for the purchase.

The FEW times I have been there, the food was DELICIOUS! Especially the Bacon and Cheese Baked Potato... YUM!!! BUT, it only gets one star due to their SLOW drive-thru. I have never seen the outer lane in use. According to the manager, they are too short-staffed to operate at full capacity. The "powers that be" needs to get with the program and get them some help.

Fresh salad, cashier was kind. We came for chili and salad and to enjoy the fireplace...asked manager to turn on fireplace please and she said "I will see what I can do.....".....no fireplace it was off and looked dirty. Don't think they remodeled and put it in to not utilize it especially on a rainy chili day...but food was awesome and fast.....

Sometimes they do a great job. Others they do terrible. Like yesterday they gave me bacon on a burger that I didn't request. Turns out I like bacon so it worked out for me, but not for everyone. Also I bought the tag for a free frosty. This is the second time in a row they didn't give me the frosty I requested. A plus is that they don't charge extra to add toppings. Sometimes fries are cold and stale.

I used to go here and get good service but the last few times I've been here, I have had a problem with 1 thing or another. Once they would not honor a coupon. Another time I went thru the drive thru window and ordered just a frappe. They asked me to pull forward it would be a minute. I waited almost 10 minutes, then went inside and finally got it. They had forgotten. I asked to speak to the manager and he was very rude. I wont go back here.
