Delicious Italian chain restaurant. Very clean and very inviting. The service was fast and correct. Our waitress was very helpful and courteous. The wait was a tad longer than expected but the food was worth the wait. It is a chain restaurant, but much more classier than others. Nice family environment and has a children's menu.

Food was great. Place clean and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Waitress was missing in action is why I didn't give 5 star. She finally gave refills when we were ready to leave. Maybe she was busy behind the scenes. She was extremely friendly when she did show up. Still enjoyed my meal. Will return.

Smells bad when you walk in the restaurant. Today's greeter was very unfriendly. Didn't greet, just looked at us. We sat for a few seconds before we walked out. No good stank customer service and a stank restaurant, we will pass. Hopefully they will find better staff. The smell could have been fixes with a new mop and clean mop water. On to the next restaurant, sad because we haven't eaten here in over 5 years now I know why.

Horrible on every level!!!! We drove 25 minutes because this used to be a great location back in the day. We were told there would be about A 5 minute wait but there were plenty of Empty Tables. The staff acted like they didn't want our business and told us to sit at the bar. After 25 minutes we left because no one even acknowledged our existence. Why would Olive Garden ever allow this level of service in their restaurants? I don't like leaving negative reviews in general and thought about this long and hard before I left this review but someone needs to do something. Either fire the entire staff or shut the restaurant down. I'll give the location and Cary a try but my confidence in the Raleigh location was shattered last night.

Nice atmosphere for all types of people. Great wine and dessert menu. Needs more parking and spaces are way too small. Prices are reasonable. They need more comfortable seating in the lobby.
