Needed a quick meal and stopped at this convenient location. I ordered a plate of appetizers at the bar, which I am fond of when eating alone. The order arrived quickly. Enjoyed the food and some attention by the staff. Noted the great parking and convenience to the mall. Would return to this location.

The past several times I or have tried to eat at this establishment the customer service has been horrible. Each time we have waited 15-20 min, without even being spoken to and/or seated. This past time, we waited another 15 min, while servers and workers stood in the back talking. We decided to leave and when we did, I decided to find the nearest worker and explain to them our reason for leaving. As I mentioned our displeasure to the bartender, she looked at me and stated “okay, what am I supposed to do about that?”. Needless to say this will be the last time we “try” to eat at this restaurant. If there were anyway to give zero stars for this review, I would gladly mark it. The only upside to this experience was when my fiancé called the resturant, after being on hold for another 15 min, the manager was very apologetic and seemed sincere. We appreciate the concern, but we took our business to Chili’s, where we were seated immediately and the waitress took our drinks right away.
