Monday night. Had to wait an hour and a half for a table because they weren't seating people in a sensible fashion not because they were that busy. Screwed up our dinner order. Screwed up our drink order twice. Then waited until they brought out all of the dinners except for the two dinners that they didn't have any more of (they waited till now to inform us). So then we waited another 30 minutes for them to make alternative meals for our children. Asked 3 times at this point to just make our meals to go since we've been in the restaurant over 2 and 1/2 hours at this point. ask for a meals to go multiple times never received any boxes finally just left. Terrible experience will not be back, don't recommend it

Years ago, Fatz was my top pick for one of our restaurant. Here lately (past 3 times), I've waited over an hour to be seated. Not sure if they were low on staff, but overall the restaurant didn't look packed. We ended up leaving all 3 times. Just to give you an idea, the first time we had a party of 3, the second time we had 7, and this last time we had 6 in our party. The wait staff, kept on saying that they were almost ready for us after our 30 minute wait but even at 45 minutes we were still waiting. After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes, we decided to leave and go to a buffet. When we told the wait staff we were going to leave, they still didn't try to accommodate us.

So recently I shared how much I loved there Mimosa's. I visited Fatz on May 27 the and it was around about 1:30 pm . They were not busy so we were requested a booth to sit . Upon arrival of the table the table was still wet from them wiping the food in the seats so I dried off the tables with the napkins . The waitress offered to wipe off with the same nasty wet cloth before. I am in management myself and I would allways wonder why people act like they don't care maybe because management doesn't care. I proceeded to place my order which came out wrong and than tried to place a desert order which came out wrong . The waitresses should be full trained to let there customers know if the restaurant is out of something or it will be slightly different than the picture on there menu. I am from Florida and unfortunately maybe my expectations are higher than what they are use to serving . Either way the waitresses in this facility need to look cleaner and present themselves in a more professional manner. Everyone looks very sloppy and not well put together . I can only imagine how the management look. Overall clean your tables better and look more professional. The overall experience was ok and my food was good once it was corrected . I didn't get desert and the waitress didn't offer anything else to me either soo..... Training is also needed.
