We got turned away at the door. It was 1pm on a Sunday and the gentle man (employee) at the door said they were understaffed and had "taken too many orders and were trying to catch up". He said it would be over 30 minutes until they would return to taking orders.

Went to this location on class break in a group of four. The location seemed clean and the cashier was nice. However, we did experience a 10-15 wait, but the food was hot. Two of my friend's taco shells were broken, which was inconvenient. When the cook gave us your food, she screamed our name in a rude/loud/unappealing manner. No smile no friendly phrase or anything. She would just literally THROW the food tray to you in such a way that is actually bounced on the counter. Perhaps that is why their taco shells were broken? None the less, I rather not return to this location. I thought it would've been better than others, but the staff was not inviting. I used to work at another Taco Bell and they used to make us say, "thank you, we love serving you" when we handed the customer their food. This place acts like we didn't pay for the food and they had to make it free.
