All I can say is if you want something tasty and delicious...go to Mayflower. They have a daily special every day and reasonable prices....i haven't eat at Mayflower in over 7 yrs. Cant believe ive stayed away so long. They are way better than Libby hill. I will definitely be coming back....just wanted to add don't go hour before closing tho..i went back last night ...it wasn't as good...fish wasn't fresh rest was good but kinda made me mad bout the fish...you are better off going before 7 or 8pm. When I wrote this review I had went during daylight and was 100% better

The food was spectacular. And they had a huge line for the take out so I knew the food must be really good. I ordered the broiled salmon that came with a side salad, hush puppies and I order the mixed veggies for my other side. It was sooooo good. I have no complaints at all beside the wait for the food but it makes sense for there to be a wait since there were so many people there already. Only about a 30 minute wait for the food. So wasn’t bad. I will be visiting again. Two thumbs up.

I usually order take out from here, but this time I ate in with my 2 year old and my coworker. The food was great, service was excellent, and there was minimal wait time. We went on a weekend, still found specials we wanted, and food to accommodate my toddler's picky tastes. Definitely will return another day. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there were a few flies that made eating in a bit frustrating

Decided to try this restaurant for my birthday dinner. Ordered a fried combo. Wrong decision on both I'm afraid. Way too much breading/coating and way too salty. Deviled crab had at first pieces of shell in it then found tiny skeleton of some small marine creature in it. Realizing they probably had no idea because they didn't actually make it (bet it comes in frozen on a truck) I just tried to forget about it and move on. Overall the service and atmosphere were decent. If you go to eat here, I suggest a salad. It's hard to screw up a salad.

The Mayflower is certainly worth your time if you're looking for a quick stop for some fried food. As you will see from the photos provided by the majority of patrons the menu mostly consists of fried delights. Now this isn't to say there aren't several other alternatives but just keep it in mind that if you like your fish battered (English term for fried) then you'd need look no further. I realise in using the word fried in abundance but I think it helps excentuate my point. Happy chewing.
