I've eaten from Cook Out for years like most everyone in Monroe. Well today broke me of that habit. I went through the drive thru and got two burger trays with two cokes with no ice. Simple enough right? The lady seemed nice taking my order and I thanked her for helping me. I got to the window and she hands me a drink as I handed her my debit card. The drink is full of ice. I go to hand the drink back to her and say "I need no ice please" and she says "oh yeah, there's no ice," as she handed me my food and the other coke and refused to take back the icy cup. I'm posting a photo of this cup with "no ice" in it. I wasn't rude, matter of fact I didn't have time too because she shut the window on me with a smile and turned her back. I sat there blinking for a moment realizing what just happened. She knew she gave me a cup of ice and she didn't care. There was no line behind me. They weren't rushed. She never opened the window back up. I left after a few seconds trying to process what just happened. If I owned that location and heard my employee treated someone like that I would be mortified. The food industry is all about customer service. I guess that employee doesn't know that. Cook Out is located between McDonald's and Burger King on 74 in Monroe. I highly suggest going somewhere, anywhere, else.

The food here is really good and really inexpensive. It's a good place to eat ( if you can get around the younger generation in there 4 x 4 trucks parked everywhere). But with that being said it's still a good place to get something cheap to eat. Oh and did I mention their milkshakes are really really good.

Stopped by to get my grandson something to eat and the food was half cooked and everything tasted like vinegar. When my daughter ordered a cheering the soda was flat. This is not acceptable.
