Even though the parking lot looked filled, there was plenty of room to see this within less than 10 minutes. The food was some of the best I've eaten in years. The service was five star all the way. No less than four people including the manager came to our table to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. Both my wife and I highly highly endorse this restaurant and suggest you come for a great meal and a wonderful experience.

I wasn’t too impressed with my last visit to this location. The server was a bit too friendly with my husband but at least we were greeted by the staff upon entering the facility. The food - mine was over cooked but all else seemed well. They have a great special for kids to eat free - thanks for that. They have great deals as well for anyone to enjoy a decent meal.

Short wait for a Saturday night. Free bread. Kids eat free. Steak and loaded baked potato were excellent. My friend tasted the steak and said it was just like the steak she had at Ruth's Chris. The pork chop was thick and juicy. Service could have been faster but the waitress was on top of things. She didn't miss any drink or food orders. Extra bread, extra napkins, sauce on the side, lemons for the waters, timely drink refills. She didn't miss one thing. Alcohol selection seemed plentiful. There are drink specials every day as well. This was certainly the best experience I have had at an O'Charley's.

Stopped in on a Saturday for a quick lunch. The service was good but the food was sub par at best. We started with the chips and queso. The chips were fried too long or stale when they went in, they soaked up too much oil and became tough and hard. My companion got the chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips were cooked too long as well and became dry. They cut the servings for fries in half but not the salt so that was like eating a salt lick. I got a burger and the BBQ sauce on it was like liquid sugar. I took one bite and didn't like the flavor so I scraped off all the toppings and sauce thinking it would be better plain. Nope. The meat tasted like it was reheated. I do not like the "old" flavor of reheated meat at all so after three bites I stopped. There are very few things there I like after trying them so I just got a baked potato. This is the fifth or sixth chance to get it right that we gave them. It was also our last. The quality of the food and their inability to elevate it rather than just overcooking or overseasoning it to mask poor quality has turned me off for good. I wouldn't even recommend stopping in just to use the bathroom.
