The food is typically very tasty but my last experience was less than pleasant. The entree came out much sooner than the appetizer and the sushi tasted sour and fishy. The most disappointing part of the meal was when the waitress came to the table and told us 5 minutes after the dining room had closed that we needed to “hurry up and finish” our meal. My apologies for not realizing the restaurant was closing, but my family and I were not lingering. I would have preferred to be told that the kitchen was no longer serving food rather than being told that I couldn’t eat my dinner.

Have been here many times and have never had any issues. Tonight The staff was rude, on their phones the whole time, and the sushi was disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting all day, the rice was hard and chewy, and the fish was pale and not fresh and it smelled bad. My husband informed one of the employees and she said she was not surprised that it was gross. They said they were not allowed to take anything off the bill. We had to pay 30.00 for disgusting probably old sushi. We will not be back.

They close at 9pm. At 8:42 my boyfriend and I came in and were told to leave. The waitress wasn’t rude, I will say. But as someone who works in the food industry, I have people come in right AT closing and stay for easily an hour past. I won’t be back for a while.

This is a great little hole in the wall in the mountains. We stopped here on out way back from a hiking trip. A friend recommended it and it was really good. We got a variety of sushi: the Pinku Roll, the Pagoda Roll, and the Oishii Roll. All of them were really good, but the Oishii Roll was my favorite. This was surprisingly good sushi for the middle of no where. We also got the teriyaki chicken which was good, but the chicken was a little dry. The vegetables with it were really good though. I would highly recommend checking this place out. It's much better than you would expect to find in the area. I would stop in again!

Usually we get good food and service here but not so tonight. While the food was still good they left out our miso soup, gave us no shrimp sauce, no fortune cookies (our girls always like them), and messed up our order in 2 other small ways. I am giving 3 stars only because this isn't typical.
