Of all the businesses in a Rocky Mount closing up, this should be one! Every time I give this place a shot, they live up to their crappy reviews and disappointment. I order takeout and always try to check before I leave. I have had multiple occasions when the idiot working the car side has to walk in and out 3-4 times because she forgets what I ordered, tries to fix the mistakes they made and forgets my change. Every time this happens. The last 2 times I have gotten the brunch burger, which is decent, but they leave off the bacon that comes on the burger...the staff is terrible. My wife attempted to pick up our takeout the last time and she waited over an hour in the car side park waiting for them to recook the entire order that was completely wrong, management gave us the order free but that’s not what we want, we want decent food THAT WE ORDERED in an acceptable amount of time. Iv seen a now hiring sign outside for months but they obviously can’t find someone with half a brain cell to operate this place. Stay away!
