Our favorite restaurant in town. When in doubt, make a reservation, because it is not uncommon for this place to fill up completely and there aren’t a lot of seats. Their menu is always changing and always delicious, so stop by or call to check what it is, there is usually a special as well. Their soups are fantastic! Full bar and drink specials too.

We did the chef's choice. It was an incredible meal. We had a wonderful group of servers. It was a dark, cold, rainy and windy night but well worth the walk from our hotel. Technically, I think it was snowing...

My fiance and I came here on 1/6/18 after leaving other restaurants that had either a long wait time or was closing early due to the snow. We walked in and was immediately put off by the waiter asking us if we had a reservation despite the fact that the bar had plenty of seats and there were only 3 occupied tables. They were by no means too full to accommodate just two people. We told him we didn't mind sitting at the bar. We ended up just ordering two drinks and passing on the food because the waiter was treating us as if we were a bother. We didn't feel welcome there at all. After just ordering 2 drinks, the waiter gave us a check without even asking if we wanted another. Will most likely never eat here again or recommend to anyone in town. Very disappointed.

We had family in for Easter from Texas and DC. Everyone loved their dinner choices and for a Texan to say he had one of the best steaks ever that's a compliment.

We had a wonderful dinner at 247 Craven last Saturday night. Both the specials and the menu provided a variety of delicious options. They also customize your dishes and swap sides if needed - which was a nice touch. They were able to assist with choosing gluten free options that were great and did not disappoint. Highly recommend the 1. steak, 2. duck, 3. appetizers with buratta. Great wine selection as well.
