Myself and my daughter wanted to get the grandkids something different for my middle grandson's birthday. We decided on fried ice cream. We went to the restaurant for dessert and it's terrible. We ordered the fried ice cream. It was a lovely dessert in appearance. It was nothing more than half melted vanilla ice cream with corn flakes mixed it sugar sprinkled on it and toppings. The bowl was stale and none of us could eat it. When we paid the check my daughter and I informed the cashier and she didn't apologize or offer any comp either. We won't be back. I plan on taking the kids this weekend to Greensboro for fried ice cream done right.

I went here with my friend and I wasn’t sure what to get. He recommended a chicken dish that was super delicious. There’s was an abundance of chips and salsa. The staff was really friendly and checked up on us frequently. I enjoyed my time there along with the food as well.

I'm going to be honest. The food is amazing! However, the service is terrible. The hostess is a nice girl, very polite and attentive. I can't say the same for the manager. I was charged extra just for saying the wrong words. Instead of telling them I want a chicken quesadilla, I told them I wanted rice. So, they thought I was ordering an additional order of rice. When I talked to the manager to fix the issue, he was a total jerk. I stayed calm, I explained to him the confusion and told me there was nothing he could do. I told him, I guess this will be the last time we are coming here and all he said was: "okay, amigo, have a good day". This is not the way you treat a regular customer. My wife and I used to go there all the time. Do we miss it? Of course! But we are not bringing our business where we are not appreciated. (BTW, we didn't eat that extra order of rice)

We got seated quick.. go chips and salsa quick... we waited 15 minutes no one took I drink order. 3 others family came after us. They got the drink order and food orders placed... So we just got up and left.. I did let the manager know.

This place should be ashamed of the orders to go or they should remove the service ASAP . Last week they gave me a wrong order , today they suppose to make up from last week mistake because I call last week to let them know but guess what? Wrong order again and I end up buying some more food because they didn't give me what I was told and when I finally got home to eat. ALL the food was wrong and I am sorry but this time I had to admit it was not good at all . I've been a loyal customer for a lot of years and finally decide to give up on them . When the food it's good I don't got any issue paying for it , but here it's pretty expensive and to not get what you order it's just wrong plus I spend 50 minutes+ to get my food and also cold food . I don't recommend that people stop going here to eat. I recommend that who ever is in charge just get their things together and make great food and serve customers the best way possible and to follow the recipes because the food always tasted different. I just don't know why I waited so long to make this review .
