Was quite surprised about the amount of 1 star reviews for this place. I'm giving it 4 stars because my order was quite good and isn't the worst experience I've had. I ordered the salmon, broccoli, and french fries. They were all really good especially the salmon. My husband had the ribs and mac n' cheese and said they did a pretty good job. I do agree with other reviews that mention the slower pace of the waitstaff. I don't know if my server had too many tables to handle, but she kept forgetting things and rushing to catch up. Nearby severs were the same. I do think management is trying to step up their game because the manager came over and asked how we were doing twice. Maybe they are understaffed quite frequently. Overall a good comfort food place.

The hamburger and the baked potato had good flavor. The waitress was polite and friendly. Seems like it took way too long for the food to come out after I ordered. An old-looking bar area and old analog TVs mixed with HD TVs

Horrible place. Every time I've ever been its been a horrible experience. This time there were many people walking out complaining. We waited over an hour for our food and then it was really bad. Its the worse place I've ever eat at for real. The food was cold. My gravy was full of bacon and was not supposed to have bacon. The meat was rotten. Please don't go. !!!!!

This restaurant is a sit down place. The host will seat you and then your server takes care of you for the rest of your time there. Last time I came here my family was greeted promptly by the hostess and sat a few moments later. Within a few minutes our server had also greeted us and took our drink orders. 5 minutes later we had our drinks and placed our appetizers & food orders. Our appetizers came out within 8 - 10 minutes. 15 minutes after she delivered our salads and refilled our drinks. Very polite and prompt service. 10 - 13 minutes after that our main course was brought out and drinks were topped off. We were checked on a couple more times making the balance of eating and needed interactions. We did not order dessert since they offer hearty sized meals. She brought our bill out at the perfect time without needing to be prompted. 5 of us ate for under $100 and it was great!! Very nice place to go to eat. I highly recommend you come here to eat.

The service was fast and friendly. My food was decent but would have been better if it hadn't been sitting in the back for so long after it was ready to go.
