I have to say it has been a while since I have been to this KFC, and for good reason.....the old management could care less about this place, BUT I have to say I was really impressed with the latest I have seen. The staff was very friendly, the management was on point and very attentive, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to building needing an overhaul, but the place was nice and clean and everything was in order. Keep up the GREAT work and maybe we will see a remodel coming soon on that old building 😉

Food was great. Customer service was ok. Professionalism could've been better

Save your money and go elsewhere!!! They only got one star because the chicken tenders tasted good. The customer service did even exist! They messed up the entire order after I repeated it 4 times!! And then when the food came out and was wrong the manager in charge refused to fix it! I ordered the big meal that was supposed to come with 2 sides and a biscuit, Instead I get tenders and FF and nothing else! I attempted to show the reciept to the manager and she refused to look at it and refused to give me the mashed potatoes and coke slaw I asked for originally. She needs to be fired or moved to another area. It is obvious that she does not possess the skills to manage anything.

Chicken tenders were size of steak fries, very small. Should of went to Bojangles. Fries were cold. Drink was filled to top with ice therefore leaving no room for drink.
