Last time I visited this location with a friend, we did not have a very good experience. I found two hairs in my burger. I tried calling the store, only to be hung up on. So I drove back to the location only to have the drive thru worker try to tell me that she didn't know how that could happen because the grill worker was bald. She did eventually give us our money back, while my friend posted a review to their Facebook page, as he felt that the worker was questioning my honesty. He received a message back asking him to call the store manager. He did, and she was very nice and friendly, telling us that our next visit would be free. So while we did have an issue, the manager was extremely apologetic and fixed the issue to our satisfaction.

Keep coming back to this location in hopes that the service will improve. In 6 months I haven't had one single enjoyable experience at this location. Slow service, order is wrong most of the time, and staff generally seems bothered that you are there. It's not because they are busy, because most people seem smart enough not to visit here very often. Dinner time on a Wednesday night and not one person sitting eating. The line at the counter waiting on food is all people who came inside to order instead of waiting in the drive thru line that never moves... if you are desperate enough to eat here, double and triple check your order. Shocker, finally got my food and they left off two items.

Best Wendy's I have visited lately. Food was made to order instead of premade take what you get. Good service, clean tables.

Order was read over she didn't have any paper and the receipt terminal the fries was not hot but the manager was so polite and gave us our food for free and reimburse us for putting two separate orders on the same ticket great manager skills

Sent a friend to get some food on Saturday night. Supposed to be open until 12 am, but she was ignored at the drive thru, along with several other cars. What is going on with your establishment? Do you not want to make money, so you close early and ignore paying customers. Will never spend another dime here. I'm sure McDonald's will be happy to have my business.
